What’s included

  • 15 questions with space to write each answer
  • A tie-breaker question
  • Name and score boxes
  • 1 A4 page, designed to print well in colour or black and white

How to play

  1. Print one sheet per guest and hand them out with pens. Keep the bride out of it until the end.
  2. Give everyone ten minutes to answer all fifteen questions and the tie-breaker. Guesses are fine; blanks score nothing.
  3. Ask the bride to read out her answers one by one. Guests mark their own sheets (or swap with a neighbour for honesty).
  4. Add up the scores out of 15. If two guests tie, the closest guess to the tie-breaker wins.

Tips

  • Check a few answers with the bride’s partner beforehand, especially the honeymoon and the months together.
  • Read the answers out slowly: the stories behind them are half the fun.
  • For a big group, play in teams of three or four with one sheet per team.

Printing tips

  • Print at 100% or “Actual size” rather than “Fit to page”, so nothing gets trimmed.
  • Everything is A4. If your printer only takes US Letter, choose “Fit to page” instead.
  • Thicker paper (120–160gsm) feels nicer to write on and survives a night out; plain 80gsm is fine too.
  • Black and white works: the designs are made to stay clear without colour.
